Role Purpose

• Perform warehouse operation duties, including response for stock availability checking, issue and return of materials, packaging, binning, paperwork preparations and labelling, etc.;
• Maintains inventory records accuracy, carry out timely system transaction update of any parts movement;
• Store environment control, ensure the store is kept clean,  organized and comply temperature and humidity requirements;
• Ensure proper record keeping for all related documentation such as ARC, workshop reports, etc.;
• Monitoring material shelf-life;
• Support store inspector for receiving inspection functions;
• Coordinating with internal parties to arrange stock move between facilities;
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management

The Ideal Candidate
 

• F.5 or above;
• Experience in aircraft materials handling, store operation or inventory control is preferable;
• Ability of multi-tasking, analytical mind and stress resistant;
• Willingness to work in variable shift duty;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external parties;
• Knowledge of IATA DG regulations is a plus;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese;
• Basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office;
• Class 2 HKG driving license is preferable.
