Responsibilities:

1. Assist the marketing team in developing creative concepts and visual solutions for various design projects.
2. Support the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets such as social media graphics and website banners.
3. Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and ensure consistency across all design elements.
4. Help maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring all design files are properly labelled and easily accessible.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to ensure design consistency and alignment with overall objectives.
6. Undertake additional design-related tasks and projects assigned by the marketing team or management.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or above degree in Design or related design discipline 
2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity across various mediums.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
5. Strong project management skills, ability to oversee and manage multiple projects in complex environments involving several stakeholders.
6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
