Human Resources Intern

What you will be doing: 

• Partner with engagement team to organize office activities and events. 
• Coordinate administrative affairs and optimize operation efficiency. 
• Organize and maintain personnel files in a systematic and secure manner.
• Ensure all required documents are present in employee files, such as resumes, contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary records.
• Assist in other HR projects.

What we are looking for: 

• Students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Marketing Intern

What you will be doing: 

• Assist in managing and monitoring social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu) to engage with the target audience.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and updates to increase brand visibility.
• Conduct research on popular trends, topics, and hashtags relevant to target audience.
• Collaborate with the team to generate innovative ideas for content that resonates with the target audience.

What we are looking for: 

• Students pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and social medias’ ecosystem.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Have experience and the ability to create social media posts/videos.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Partnership Intern

The Role 

Direct report to the Head of Partnership. The Partnerships Intern will be a part of the Partnership department and will act as key team-wide coordinator supporting and assisting the department head on a wide range of Partnership campaigns, daily operational and client management activities working in different industries. 

The role requires an organised, personable, and pro-active individual who has an eye for detail and enjoys working in dynamic and fast-growing business environment. An eagerness to learn and a positive attitude would be the key to success in this role. 

What you will be doing: 

• Support the Head of Partnership on end-to-end Partnership campaigns from development to execution, and campaigns management (e.g. timely Promotional materials update, performance monitoring, fulfilment etc.) 
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities.
• Support the development of internal and external documents (e.g., presentations, overviews, workshops, reports etc.) 
• Conduct diverse market research to support client servicing.
• Coordinate Partnership Events and Client workshops.  
• Assist the Partnership team to manage daily operational tasks and any projects assigned by the Department Head. 

What we are looking for: 

• Students pursuing a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
• Passion for Partnership, Business Development and Clients Servicing. 
• Emphasis on timelines and delivery of projects under pressure 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook). 
• Knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is a distinct advantage. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
