Job Description
Responsibilty
- To Handle customer enquries ( Phones / e-mail) on a professional manner
- Sales and Service support including quotation, cross selling on minor items, service order follow up etc...
- Data entry for service orders logs and consoldation of management report
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experiences
- Good Communication and Inerpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Cantonse and English ( spoken and Written), Putonghua is a plus
- proficiency in Mircosoft Office tools such as Word, Excel etc...
- Able to work under pressure wiht strong sense of customer service and sales mindset
