Responsibilities

• Daily operations in Omni-channel, includes inquires, automation set up, broadcast, Live Chat / conversational marketing to provide immersive experiences to connect customers offline and online
• Customer service support includes answering Omni-channel customer inquiries, processing order returns & exchanges, and resolving complaints to improve customer satisfaction and deliver outstanding customer experience that drive sales
• Act as virtual salesperson to proactively connect with customers via digital tools to drive sales growth and increase profitability
• Assist in data analysis, data reports and market research, etc
• Working closely with the operation team and logistic team to ensure smooth E-Commerce development
• Assist in E-Commerce operations, include order management, fulfillment and inventory management
• Support E-Commerce platform enhancements, include ad hoc projects and web development by submitting tickets to the web development agency

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing, Business or related disciplines with at least 1 year experience in E-Commerce business
• Digital savvy, well understanding on Omni-channel marketing & E-Commerce industry
• Energetic with a can-do attitude and customer oriented
• Good writing and communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; other languages will be an advantage
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered to a senior role
• Immediately available is highly preferred
