Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company's technical team, overseeing product development and technical support.
• Develop and execute the company's technical strategy and development plans to support business growth and innovation.
• Ensure product quality and performance meet company standards and customer requirements, and address technical issues and challenges promptly.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, including with marketing, sales, and production teams, to achieve technical and business objectives.
• Manage the budget and resources of the technical team, ensuring effective utilization of funds and manpower.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with management experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to guide and motivate team members.
• In-depth understanding of industry trends and technological developments, able to develop and execute effective technical strategies.
• Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to communicate effectively with different teams.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
