Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT Helpdesk and Digital Workplace teams to support IT services like collaboration tools, email, device management, and O365 applications.
• Provide guidance and assistance for Sharepoint Server and Sharepoint Online, Network Print services, File Sharing, and Board Meeting System.
• Support the Virtual Desktop and Remote Desktop infrastructure.
• Maintain the Enterprise Portal website and IT Services Form, addressing user change requests.
• Resolve support cases promptly.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science or related field.
• Ideally, 3 years of experience with VMWare vCenter, ESXi, Sharepoint Server, and Sharepoint Online.
• Proven track record in managing complex IT infrastructure and endpoint support.
• Proficiency in web page programming, Powershell, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
