Job Description
Uni-China (Business) Management Ltd. Job Summary:
Responsible for execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month, ensure fair and accurate compensation, reporting and etc.
Key Focuses and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the C&B operations including payroll, tax filing, annual salary and bonus review, medical insurance and etc.
- Manage and maintain employee database and record in system;
- Ensure accurate and timely process of payroll processing and salary administration;
- Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with local legislation requirements and business goals
- Prepare HR reports for management review
- Perform ad hoc assignments
Key Requirements and Expectations
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in human resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work independently
- Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
- Flexible, Proactive and highly self-motivated with positive attitude
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
