Job Description
We, Solomon HR is inviting the following talent for a global NGO client.
Official Title: Assistant House Operation Manager - kids and family
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper functioning of the centre and managing the day-to-day operations
- Responsible for the supervision, training and outsource contractors
- Maintain good coordination and relationships with residence (families) and external partners
- Ensure the smooth transition of family move-in and related issues
- Assist in the procurement and the operating expenditure of the building
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of the house building and facilities
Requirements:
- Social Work qualification (Diploma / Degree) and experienced in Residential Care Home and Rehabilitation services a plus
- Minimum 4-5 years post qualification experience in social services
- Experience and knowledge in residential, housekeeping management, programmes/events, facilities management or building management
- Good communication, administration skills and project management
- Proficient in both English and Chinese, written and verbal (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Hands on knowledge of MS Office applications
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and public holidays (5 days per week)
