Convergint is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer service-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This position holds the primary responsibility of providing comprehensive support to the Sales Department while delivering the utmost level of service to our esteemed customers. This role encompasses not only exceptional customer service provision but also efficient management of data entry and documentation tasks.

Job Descriptions: 

• Prepare quotations and provide sales support to team.
• Assist in documentation and drawings related works.
• Tender preparation for supporting Sales team.
• Updating in the ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.
• Handle invoice submission, payment follow-up.
• Provide internal and external coordination support to account management team.
• Timely submission of required documentation.
• Report to Sales Manager/Senior Manager.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any related discipline.
• 1-2 years experience in sales support/administration/client service/customer service.
• Strong service sense and skills, good time management and high learning skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.  Good in written English and Chinese.
• Immediately available is preferred.
