Responsibilities

• Support manager and the team’s end-to-end recruitment in a timely manner
• Conduct market research related to recruitment, and maintain effective communication/ relationship with staff and candidates
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Assist with administrative reports and survey for management review, headcount budgeting and planning

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources or any related discipline
• Ideally 1 years’ relevant experience, preferably with experience in retail or beauty industry
• Being responsible with good interpersonal skill
• More experience will be considered as Talent Acquisition Officer
