Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily repair & maintenance service and work progress of engineering projects
• Attend IO meeting
• Arrange and supervise technician to carry out daily maintenance work
• Prepare tender & quotation
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Building Services Engineering/ Building Studies, or related disciplines are preferred
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience,
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the relevant statutory requirements, repair and maintenance, building service engineering duties, and ad hoc tasks as assigned
