JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition role will be primarily responsible for full spectrum of talent acquisition for APAC Supply Chain across Hong Kong, China & South East Asia regions. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and implement talent identification and work with Business Partners in people planning process to deliver current and future capacity and capability
• Prepare periodic reports e.g. time-to-fill, process effectiveness/efficiency, performance of sourcing channels, cost per hire etc.
• Provide full consultative service to hiring managers with regards to the recruitment industry and market trends
• Explore and develop innovative sourcing channels to meet business growth needs
• Maintain good working relationship with internal stakeholders and candidates
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment-related approval protocols
• Support ad-hoc tasks as required

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• 3-4 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations, while solid experiences in sourcing office is preferable
• Able to work independently and under a fast pace environment
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
• Attention to details with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
