Assist in daily HR operations which includes but not limited to: 

• P-file E-platform setup preparation and normal management
• Employee related paperwork (e.g. reference letter and reference check, etc)
• Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events (if any)
• Input training and exit-interview record
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement 

• Undergraduate in Human Resources Management with strong interests
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, energetic, meticulous and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken forms
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Working Location: Kwun Tong

• Invoicing
• Export declaration
• E-filing
• And other supportive/administrative duties

Job Requirement

• Undergraduates with strong interests in logistics field

• Mature, energetic, meticulous and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken forms
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
