Your new role

• Assist IBD team on general administration work
• Responsible for travel arrangements such as flight ticket booking, accommodation and visa application
• Schedule meetings and assist with internal & external calls and video conferences set up
• Handle ad-hoc project

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of EA experience in a bank or financial institution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work at a fast pace and under pressure
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
