Scope of Duties: 
 

• Handling all administrative works in relation to the issuance of Temporary TRA Permit / Vehicle Permit / Long Term TRA Permit for HAECO and Contractors’ staff / Visitors.
• Collect TRA and ARA permits and contractors’ staff on their last working day prior to departure.
• Processing the application and renewal of Temporary TRA Permits, Vehicle Entry Permits, Visitor Pass, AA Driving Endorsement Examination and updating of these records.
• Take all necessary actions in accordance with the instruction of S&FS Assistant Officer.
• Maintain job-related statistical record and registers.
• Relieve Photo Room / Permit Office personnel when necessary.
• Assist S&FS M, HS(Security) and S&FS Officer in all TRA / Vehicle Permits related works.
   

Requirements: 

• DSE or equivalent qualification.
• Experience is preferred but not essential.
• Candidate with aviation industry exposure would be advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in the use of MS Office.
