Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder with 1-3 years experience in customer services.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Familiar with MS office (excel, word, PPT).
- Independent, aggressive, mature, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and co-ordinate various customer accounts. Include handling customer’s order, inventory control, shipment and following outstanding payment from customers.
- Communicate with sales team, factory, direct customers and internal parties to ensure smooth in operation.
- Support daily sales activities in CS mindset.
- Control internal risk management and report preparation.
