Client Description

Our client is looking for Senior Payroll Executive to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including earnings statements, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll inputs.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Process payroll adjustments, such as bonuses, commissions, and overtime payments.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality and security.
  • Assist in developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in payroll processing.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
