Our client is looking for Senior Payroll Executive to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including earnings statements, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll inputs.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Process payroll adjustments, such as bonuses, commissions, and overtime payments.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Assist in developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in payroll processing.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
