About the Role :

• Customer Relationship Management
• Recruit more VIP customers
• Achieve sales target by providing good client services
• Assist in event planning and drive sales during the event
• Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent services is delivered to customers smoothly

The Successful Candidate :

• Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of related retail luxury experience
• Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
