An opportunity now exists for an experienced medical scribe / secretary to join our team in delivering outstanding cancer care and service to our patients. This is a permanent full-time position and a chance to join a company with a commitment to meet the global cancer burden. 

Key Responsibilities

• Taking notes during patient visits and documenting them in the electronic health records system
• Prepare medical record documentation for doctor(s)
• Enter patient room with the doctor(s) during consultation to capture and transcribe medical record documentation
• Ensure patient history, physical exam and related medical records are updated accurately and timely 
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
   

 Job Requirements

At least 3 years relevant experience

• Candidates with local or oversea medical license or training would be a bonus i.e enrolled nurse, registered nurse, pharmacist or dispenser
• Work experience in clinic/hospital or basic knowledge in oncology would be an advantage
• Detail oriented, good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-minded and able to work independently and under pressure in a collaborative team environment
• Proficient in PC skills - MS Word, Excel 
• Overtime work maybe required according to doctor's schedule and will be compensated
