Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to daily HR routines;
  • Prepare employment contracts for frontline staff;
  • Assist in job posting & recruitment materials preparation;
  • Input and update records on the system, contact list and so on;
  • Provide on-site support to recruitment activities & job fairs;
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Certificate or above with at least 2 years’ clerical experience;
  • Experience in HR division is preferred;
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Chinese word processing etc.
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, 4 working days per week (negotiable)
