Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to manage financial & management reporting of a sub-group
• Handle full set of accounts for a few Group companies and review subsidiaries’ financial statements
• Preparation of monthly consolidated management reports and analysis, annual consolidated budget and forecast
• Assist in preparation of interim and annual financial statements and reports
• Coordinate interim/annual audit, tax affairs and liaise with auditors
• Perform internal control procedure review
• Ad-hoc support as required by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with over 4 years of relevant experience in auditing and listed companies with at least 2 year in supervisory level
• Relevant experience in beauty or retail and services industry will be an advantage
• Good technical background on latest accounting standards for HK and PRC
• Proactive, able to meet tight timelines, work independently and under pressure and overtime
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Immediate availability will be preferred
