Information & Media Engineer (信息及媒體工程師) (IT - Support)
 

Responsibilities:

• Provide MacOS, Linux and/or Windows and/or Hypervisor (such as VMware/ Nutanix) and/or storage hardware support and backup, and/or monitor software support to corporate clients;
• Daily maintenance of the Group and Company’s system / platform and facilities, including news system, media asset system, computer technical support in the studio, WebOS platform, UMP platform, network system, VPN, email service, online roaming, printing service, technical support and upgrade of office computers, and cloud platform technology support, AIGC, etc.;
• Handle user technical enquiries;
• Manage projects and tasks on project implementation, system installation and testing.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Computer, MacOS, Linux and/or Windows systems and software applications;
• Self-motivated, hard-working team player with good communication skills;
• Focused attitude at work, and dedicated to problem resolution;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Able to work shift duty (overnight);
• Professional experience in Installation/ configuration of Linux and/or Windows OS and related;
• Familiar with file sharing, permission, mount drive, script, commands, AI function, disk clone, TCP/IP, troubleshooting skills, video conference, live streaming, etc.;
• Knowledge in program script like Python;
• With certificate in Linux and/or Windows is preferred. e.g. MCSA/MCSE,LPI ;
• With certificate in Networking is preferred. e.g. CCNA/CCNP;
• With certificate in Database is preferred. e.g. OCP;
• With certificate in Cloud service is preferred. e.g. ACA/AWS;
• With media working experience is an advantage;
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Information & Media Engineer.

任職要求:

• 計算機科學、信息技術或相關領域的學士學位/高級文憑；
• 具有至少 1 年的計算機、MacOS、Linux 和/或 Windows 系統和軟件應用實務經驗；
• 自我激勵，勤奮工作，具團隊合作精神及良好的溝通能力；
• 專注的工作態度，致力於解決問題；
• 能獨立工作，並具抗壓力；
• 能輪班工作（夜班）；
• 具專業的 Linux 和/或 Windows OS 安裝/配置等方面的經驗。
• 熟悉文件共享、權限、掛載網盤、簡單自動化腳本、命令行輸入、AI功能使用、磁盤克隆、TCP/IP、故障排除技能、視頻會議、直播等；
• 具Linux 和/或 Windows 認證者優先，例如 MCSA/MCSE，LPI；
• 熟悉 Python 等程式腳本；
• 具網絡認證者優先，例如 CCNA/CCNP；
• 具數據庫認證者優先，例如 OCP；
• 具雲服務認證者優先，例如 ACA/AWS；
• 具新聞媒體相關工作經驗者優先；
• 經驗較多的候選人，將被考慮為高級信息和媒體工程師之職位。
