Responsibilities:

• Lead various corporate finance initiatives for the Group;
• Develop comprehensive IR and PR strategies, manage investor inquiries, create investor presentations, and oversee website content;
• Supervise the company's public relations activities, including media interactions and press releases;
• Organize investor relations events like annual general meetings, roadshows, and press briefings;
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with institutional investors;
• Implement dynamic Investor Relations programs to convey the Group’s key messages to the investment community. Prepare IR presentations and conduct investor meetings;
• Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, communications, or a related field is required. Possessing a master's degree would be advantageous; Work experience in Finance, Investor Relations, or Investment Banking Division, as well as IR experience;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;
• Capable of effectively coordinating and mobilizing internal and external resources within the company;
• Demonstrates the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and possesses a strong financial acumen to analyze market trends and identify investment opportunities. Also, understands the needs and expectations of investors;
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, analysts, and media contacts;
• Possesses the ability to promptly adapt to market changes.
