Our client is a large technology corporation established by the Hong Kong Government, they are currently seeking an Assistant Manager, IT Infrastructure to join their team.


Responsibilities:

• Ensure all systems are operating in a stable and effective environment to meet all Services Level Agreement
• Implement technical projects to fulfil business requirements
• Take the lead in project activities like requirement collection, site preparation, monitoring progress, UAT, deployment, transition to ongoing support, etc.
• Preparation of RFP, and RFQ documents
• Plan for project transition to ongoing support (BAU) and assist in managing existing IT systems or managed service provider
• Take problem ownership and follow up through problem escalation procedure for all critical problems
• Perform second-tier end-user support on network connectivity and server problem
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above preferably in IT
• More work experience with lower education or professional qualifications will also be considered
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Experience in Virtualization, Azure, AWS, Container, OpenShift and Kubernetes would have an advantage
• Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS, PMP and ITIL certifications would be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Infrastructure Specialist
