Job Summary:
As a Facilities Maintenance, PM, WWT, and Water Pump System Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing company facilities, executing preventive maintenance plans, and ensuring the efficient operation of water pump systems.
 

Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, including buildings, equipment, and piping systems.
2. Execute preventive maintenance plans, promptly identify and resolve facility issues to ensure smooth operations.
3. Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment systems (WWT) to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
4. Manage and maintain water pump systems, including inspecting and adjusting water pressure, cleaning and replacing filters, etc.
5. Assist the team in emergency repair work to ensure timely resolution of facility issues.


Requirements:

1. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance and facility management processes and standards.
2. Knowledge of water pump systems and wastewater treatment technologies is a plus.
3. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
4. Relevant qualifications/certifications are preferred.
