Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, any major, with preference for backgrounds in procurement management
• Extensive procurement experience and team management experience, capable of independently leading and coordinating complex procurement projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively manage supplier relationships and achieve win-win outcomes
• Familiarity with procurement processes and supply chain management, possessing strong market analysis capabilities and business acumen

Tasks & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement team, responsible for formulating procurement strategies and executing procurement plans
• Ensure smooth procurement processes and optimize supply chain management
• Negotiate and manage supplier relationships to achieve optimal procurement costs and quality
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance, provide decision support and strategic recommendations
• Oversee the execution and compliance of procurement contracts, ensuring efficiency and compliance
