Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for executing Securities transactions for Hong Kong and other regional market, including US,
• Conduct trading performances with brokers/ counterparty on a regular basis; pre/post trade review, transaction cost analysis etc.
• Ensure all trade activities are within the company’s compliance and audit procedures,
• Responsible for the implementation of that record and verify the customer or broker trade order,
• Generate trading summary and trade-related reports
• Assist in formulating transaction management systems and executing business transaction processes
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and carry out any other duties and responsibility as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience;
• Holder of SFC License of Type 4 & 9 regulated activity;
• Provide trade execution service to customers with accuracy and efficiency;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and be a team player
• With effective communications skills and PC literacy such as MS Office. Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.;
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fluent Mandarin is an advantage
