• Organizing the yearly CS Survey
• Planning the customer survey schedule
• Preparing the Questionnaire
• Planning interview schedule
• Interviewing with client
• Data collection and data analysis for written report and presentation
• Presenting the result and findings to management

Requirements

• University student in any disciplines
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese presentation (speaking and writing), Putonghua speaking is preferred
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially in PowerPoint function
• Analytical, attentive to details and well organised
• Duration: Jun 2024 - Aug 2024
