Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, enhancement, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, including network architecture, data center operations, and server deployments.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security across all platforms and systems.
• Develop and manage budgets for IT infrastructure projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and other business units to align infrastructure strategy with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and ensure the company remains competitive.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, best practices, and government regulations.
• Provide strategic insight and reports to senior management on infrastructure performance and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure in a manufacturing environment or similar.
• Strong knowledge of modern network technologies, server architectures, data storage solutions, and cloud services.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong project management abilities and experience in managing budgets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Effective communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
