• Day-to-day management of mixed property portfolio
• Min. 5 yrs experience in property management in which at least 3-5 yrs in supervisory level
• Good interpersonal skills & able to work under pressure
• Responsible for daily operation and management of an estate or a portfolio of private premises
• Strong leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Being member of HKIH/CIH or equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1)
• Working Place: Nan Fung Industrial City, Tuen Mun
