What will you do?

• Responsible for the customer to formulate sales strategies for exploring business opportunities and potentials to maximize business growth on battery charger business
• Take accountability for weekly sales forecasting, ordering, and monthly sales plan of responsible customer accounts for sales achievement.  Report to the manger for sales performance closely
• Maintain strong rapport with customers regularly by visiting in China to discuss and resolve business issues.  In the event of quality issues, you will take necessary initial actions as a sales representative, collaborate with quality personnel from affiliated companies in Shenzhen, and coordinate with the Japan headquarters quality team to maintain customer satisfaction

What a successful candidate looks like? 

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience, preferrable in semiconductor or electronic components industry
• Strong business acumen with good analytical skills, result-oriented and drive to success 
• Able to work independently, good team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Conversational proficiency in Japanese (business level – speaking and writing) is an added advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills in MS office, especially in Excel
