Requirements:

Extensive experience in the sales field, with preference given to candidates with experience as Head of Sales or in senior sales management positions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating teams to achieve common goals.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, able to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills, capable of developing effective sales plans and marketing strategies.
