Responsibilities:

•  Ensure a rapid response to any technical issues
•  Installation, configuration and maintenance of Linux- based / Windows- based systems
•  Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
•  Coordinate server-related projects and ensure seamless integration
•  Conduct performance evaluations, perform system backups, and implement disaster recovery plans
•  Provide technical support and training to end-users when necessary

Requirements:

•  Higher Diploma or above in Computing, Information Technology or equivalent
•  Minimum 2~6 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, ALIYUN etc.)., network monitoring, and Nginx configuration
•  Bonus points for certifications like MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent
•  Strong communication skill.
•  Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
