About The Role

As a Technical Service Officer, you will be responsible for assisting operation and maintenance , working closely with a team of technicians on routine maintenance works and improvement/ alteration projects on site.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repair work for facilities and building services management, such as but not limited to: installation, maitnenance, PM, CM, and troubleshooting, etc
• Responsible for planning, scheduling of regular maintenance works
• Work closely with contractors and sub-contractors for ongoing maintenance projects and alternation/ improvement works
• Draft and compile relevant tehcnical & material submissions for the full support of the tendering cycle

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Building Services Engineering, or any other relevant discipline of Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of technical service and facilities operation experience, preferably obtained within the sectors of E&M, Building & Constructions, or Property Management
• A registered electrical worker of grade A0 or above is required
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Assistant Technical Service Officer
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
