Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality customer service and value-added service
• Handle customers’ enquiries & feedback
• Handle the tasks relating to the KLUB 11 membership program
• Assist all regular and adhoc event promotion and redemption activities
• Cross sell in mall related activities where appropriate
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, certificate holder in Hospitality Management, Property Management or related discipline preferred
• Good customer service skills and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Basic computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel 
   

 Working Location: K11 Art Mall, Tsim Sha Tsui
