Your new role  

• Identify potential customers and develop new leads through various channels, such as warm calling, networking and referrals 
• Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their industry to understand their equipment maintenance requirements 
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting HKT’s edge on maintenance services 
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and service technicians, to ensure accurate understanding of customer needs and smooth service delivery
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, while ensuring profitability for the company
• Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support 
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization 

To succeed in this role 

• High diploma holder in business, marketing or a related discipline 
• Experienced in sales, preferably in the equipment maintenance service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly 
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset 
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders 
• Good organizational skill and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 
• Strong in both spoken and written English and Chinese
