Responsibilities:

• Assist the technical manager / technical director in planning, executing, and monitoring projects and support cases
• Supervise and mentor technical staff, assign tasks, provide feedback and ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations on project progress and issues
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, policies, and regulations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues
• Prepare and present reports and documentation for project progress and outcomes
• Identify and resolve technical problems, risks, and challenges
• Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methods

Requirements:

• Degree holder in information technology or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in technical roles, with 3 years in management/leadership positions
• Good command of English and Chinese, Cantonese speaking is required
• Good communication with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical skills and knowledge in various domains, such as hardware, software, network security and cloud, etc.
