Qualifications & experience

• Familiarity with coffee shop operations and food safety standards is advantageous
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin is a plus

Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare and craft a variety of coffees and beverages, ensuring consistency in quality and taste
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, catering to customer needs and expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment, upholding hygiene and safety standards
• Supervise the team's work, coordinate work processes, and manage personnel assignments
• Provide training and guidance to help new staff integrate into the team and enhance service quality
