職責：

• 管理西餐及中餐部所有日常運作及人手安排
• 監管廚房運作及食物製作流程
• 定時更新餐牌及提供多元化菜式
• 處理食材訂購和存貨，嚴格控制成本，並保持優良食物品質
• 確保個人、廚房和食物符合清潔及衛生標準

要求：

• 餐飲管理証書或相關學歷
• 十年以上酒店或連鎖式酒樓總廚經驗
• 必須具備西式及中式宴會實際經驗，具酒店餐飲經驗優先
• 懂良好粵語及簡單英語
• 有良好的餐飲知識和出色的烹調技巧
• 能獨立工作處理西式和中式菜式及廚房運作，採購及存貨控制
• 需穿制服及輪班工作
