Job Description

• Responsible for checking bills and preparing payments, checking statements
• Handling vouchers and input into system
• Responsible for checking and coordinating with monthly provision and bond account
• Assist in preparing payments and monthly reports
• Assist in general office administration
• Adv hoc duties when necessary

Requirements

• Diploma or above with full certificate
• Good in MS and familiar with writing e-mails
• Having full set booking keeping experience will be an advantage
• Experience in arranging remittances via an online banking system
• Independent, stable with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
