Responsibilities:

• Achieving annual revenue targets independently by cultivating and expanding unique client network.
• Exhibiting expertise and influence in both technical and commercial aspects within unique client networks.
• Acting as the Project In-charge, overseeing activities such as planning, design, progress monitoring, drawing and specification preparation, tendering, coordination, client meetings, site meetings, site supervision, handover and post-handover services of projects.
• Being the head of various consultancy projects, review decisions made by Senior/Principal personnel on complex project matters, conducting thorough analysis and risk assessments, and offering innovative and pragmatic suggestions and support.
• Leading technical supervision, training, and skill development initiatives while effectively managing team resources and planning.
• Reviewing and approving complex proposals and bids within areas of expertise.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Structural / Civil / Geotechnical engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Member of HKIE, ICE or IStructE.
• RPE, RGE and / or RSE is definite advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, reporting and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Understanding of local authorities procedures, legislative and requirements.
