Responsibilities:

• Assist smooth operation at service counter.
• Handle customer enquiries and administrative duties at service counter.
• Provide necessary car repairing recommendations to customer.
• Provide car repairing & maintenance quotation to customer

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above.  
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good problem solving and customer service skills.
• Good command of English & Chinese with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good PC skills.
• Must possess valid driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Interested in Automotives is an advantage.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer
