Key Responsibilities: 

Debt Financing

1. Soliciting the appropriate and favorable debt financings to address the group’s timely funding requirements for its ongoing investment projects both in and outsides Hong Kong, which includes the negotiations of the loan terms and conditions with the banks/financiers (i.e. pricing, tenor, and structure etc.) as well as the loan documents negotiations with the banks/financiers and legal counsels.
2. Managing the existing banking facilities which includes but not limited to monitoring the timely compliance of the group’s undertakings and covenants under the relevant loan documents, and waivers soliciting if necessary.
3. Managing the bank loans administration and utilizations including loans rollover and repayments as well as the interest rate fixing etc.
4. Fostering good and close relationships with the group’s bankers mainly in HK, Macau, PRC, and Singapore; and addressing to the bankers’ timely requests and queries.

Treasury Management

1. Managing the group’s cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for meeting the group’s ongoing operational and capital investment requirements, and utilizing the group’s cash resources effectively and efficiently
2. Reviewing and assessing from time to time the potential treasury risks exposure to the group and recommending the appropriate treasury instruments to management for protecting/mitigating these relevant risks.

Requirement:

• University graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines with at least 10 years of commercial banking experience including corporate treasury;
• Sound knowledge of financing structures across HK, PRC, Macau and Singapore;
• Familiar with the treasure products and debt financing instruments;
• With a strong banking network and international financial market awareness;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
