Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for food preparation and cooking, ensuring food quality and taste meet standards.
- Coordinate daily kitchen operations with Head Chef or Sous Chef, maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to menus and orders, ensuring timely supply and efficient service.
- Guide and train kitchen team members to improve team efficiency and quality standards.
- Adhere to all relevant hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Graduate of culinary school or relevant culinary background.
- Previous relevant work experience preferred, familiar with different cuisines and ingredient handling.
- Excellent cooking skills and creativity, able to prepare delicious dishes.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- High regard for food hygiene and safety.
- Ability to adapt to different working hours and high-pressure environments.
