Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for food preparation and cooking, ensuring food quality and taste meet standards.
  • Coordinate daily kitchen operations with Head Chef or Sous Chef, maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety.
  • Prepare ingredients and dishes according to menus and orders, ensuring timely supply and efficient service.
  • Guide and train kitchen team members to improve team efficiency and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all relevant hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment in the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of culinary school or relevant culinary background.
  • Previous relevant work experience preferred, familiar with different cuisines and ingredient handling.
  • Excellent cooking skills and creativity, able to prepare delicious dishes.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • High regard for food hygiene and safety.
  • Ability to adapt to different working hours and high-pressure environments.
