My Client is one of the leading international financial services organisation, has established its operational centres to support various business functions and operations on a global scale. They serve as key centers of excellence and expertise, providing technology support, data management, and other back-office functions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Insurance as a Business Analyst
• Experienced in Agile and scrum projects
• Experienced in digital, POS, client-facing applications will be a big plus 
• Able to work independently to collecting and refining business requirements, defining scope, mapping processes, creating use cases and user stories, and assessing their impact
• Experienced in leading and managing the E2E testing activities
• Experienced in managing and working with offshore team and vendor
• Strong domain and product knowledge
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
