Job Overview
We are seeking an eager and motivated IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be working closely with our clients to design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions (e.g. CRM, Workflow). Prior experience is not a requirement, as we are prepared to train the right candidate with a strong foundational knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
2. Design, develop, and implement solutions to enhance business processes.
3. Conduct system and user acceptance testing.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to implementations.
5. Provide training and guidance to users on the cloud platform.
6. Continually enhance skills and build knowledge in regard to the platform.

Qualifications

1. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
2. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
3. Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing client requirements.

Preferred Skills

1. Familiarity with ServiceNow or Salesforce platform is a plus, but not required.
2. Knowledge of database design and SQL
3. Basic understanding of HTML and Javascript
