Our client is a leading Luxury Beauty Brand. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an Accountant join the team.

The Job :

• Responsible for issuing invoices and credit notes to corporate clients
• Work closely with related parties for process improvement and implementation of new AP functionalities, including workflow assessment and relevant system upgrade
• Ensure on-time application of customer payments and clearing of associated bank transactions in relevant systems
• Handle booking of all trade-related revenue items
• Responsible to maintain the fixed asset register
• Prepare monthly reports and accounting schedules
• Assist in stock take
• Involve in budget preparation

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry and Accounts Receivable experience
• Have achieved ACCA qualification or equivalent is an advantage
• Positive, patient and detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
• Fast learner and good team player
• Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese
