Scope of Program:

This position is targeting at high calibre fresh graduate of reputable universities or those graduates with less than 2 years’ working experience. The total duration of the management trainee program is 24 months with comprehensive learning program, including the approved Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (“HKIE”) Scheme A Program and job rotation plan covering major functional areas in TKE Hong Kong. Upon completion of the program, the management trainee will be appointed to specific position based on his/ her performance and capability.  Progressive management trainee graduate will eventually take up management roles and / or attain professional qualifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering which accredited by the HKIE,
• Keen to build a career in elevator industry,
• Enjoy working with people and have good interpersonal skills,
• Presentable, innovative, self-motivated with confidence and maturity,
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage.
