An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and international-minded department at Lalamove, we are now seeking a passionate associate member to join our team as Driver Operations Associate.  Reporting to the Driver Operations Associate, the recruit will support the Driver Onboarding for our Hong Kong market.

We are looking for an energetic Operations Associate who is ready to challenge and passionate in the logistics industry.

What you’ll do
 

• Work closely with team members to onboard driver partner accounts 
• Build and maintain long term relationship with drivers by coaching and communicating with the driver partners and getting timely constructive feedback 
• Providing support and resolve driver partner general queries via phone or Whatsapp to maintain good relationship
• Assist in driver offboarding tasks i.e. updating bank account details and deposit/wallet balance refund & handling of driver partners’ call-back log on onboarding and offboarding processes
• Generate ideas to enrich & ensure effective drivers communication 
• Exceed individual and Driver Operations team targets & KPIs

What you’ll need

• Holder of Associate’s Degree or above
• Strong communication and pitching skills with 1-2 years working experience
• Able to work under pressure with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
• Experience and familiar with Google spreadsheets
• Good command of Cantonese and spoken English
• Immediate available is preferred
